  • What is QC?
    QC is the quality inspection chart of your purchased product, 

    we will take pictures for you to check before delivery to confirm that there is no problem with the product.

    Q: How do I know if my shoes have been mailed and where they have been shipped to?
    A: We usually mail the shoes within 2-3 business days after you confirm the quality control pictures. When the logistics company sends us the tracking number, customer service will send you the tracking number, shipping pictures and tracking website.

    Q: How long is the shipping time
    A: It usually takes 7-15 business days to arrive after you confirm the quality control.
    However, sometimes the delivery time may be delayed due to weather, holidays, etc. I hope you can understand.

    Q: Why is the logistics information not updated?
    A: The tracking page is not a real-time synchronized status. You need to wait for the parcel flight to reach the destination country or transit country before you start to update the information. The track from departure to forwarding place will not be shown. So usually the page will start updating information a few days before or after the end of the second week, which is normal.

    Q: How can you tell that there may be a problem with your package:
    A.1. If the package has not been updated for more than 14 working days, you can leave a message to customer service, who will verify the package with the logistics company.
    2. The package shows that it has been returned or delivery has failed. This situation is usually caused by the customer's address not being delivered properly or the recipient not being at the destination. You need to contact customer service as soon as possible. Customer service will notify the logistics for inquiry and give you a solution.
    3. After receiving the notification, the parcel needs assistance in customs clearance. Please note that this happens after the parcel is randomly checked by the customs of the destination country. You just need to contact your local post office and tell them your logistics number and the need for assistance in customs clearance. Fill in and submit the documents according to the documents and instructions provided by the post office, then pay the customs duty and you can pick up the package without any problem.
    4. The package shows signed for, but the package has not been received. Please check the mailbox at your front door or apartment and other delivery mailboxes commonly used by the post office, or ask your family and neighbors if they have signed for the package. If you still haven't received the parcel after checking, please call your local post office first and ask about the parcel. If you still haven't received the parcel, please make a complaint about the lost parcel directly to the post office, and then you will get a complaint number, please feedback the complaint number to the customer service, which will contact the logistics to intervene and start the investigation procedure, and then re-deliver or refund for you.
