  4. Ship the Item: Send the item to the address provided by our team. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).


3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part.

  • If you received a gift and would like to return it, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
